If you have a tire that is low on air, we can inflate it to allow you to drive directly to a tire shop for repair or remove the flat tire and replace it with your spare. If you don’t have a spare and the tire will not hold air, we will tow your vehicle to the repair facility of your choice.
If you’ve accidentally locked yourself out of your vehicle, our drivers are equipped and trained to safely unlock your door to retrieve the keys. BCAA provides annual updates and training to ensure we keep up with the ongoing changes in newer production models.
If your vehicle won’t start because of a dead battery or some other minor issue, we can give you a boost or troubleshoot it to allow you to drive to a repair facility to have it serviced. If your vehicle’s issue cannot be addressed at roadside, we will tow you to the shop for repair.
In conjunction with BCAA, we offer a mobile battery service. Our service vehicles will come to your location anywhere in the core municipalities of Victoria, test and if necessary, install a new battery on the spot.
Run out of gas? We can deliver gasoline to your location. Diesel or propane powered vehicles will have to be towed to the nearest service station.
We can handle all of your towing needs, regardless of the size. We will tow to or from anywhere on Vancouver Island or the Lower Mainland.

With our Ramp Trucks and Heavy Duty Equipment trailer, we can move any piece of equipment up to 80,000 pounds. We also have specialized equipment for motorcycles to ensure safe towing.
We are the exclusive contractor for the Oak Bay and Saanich Police Departments. When requested, we will also respond to tow vehicles for Police Departments from all other municipalities.
Sorry, we do not tow vehicles away from privately owned parking lots.
