I got a flat tire and got it changed to the spare, but I still needed to get towed to the ferry terminal at Swartz Bay since it wasn’t safe to drive onto the highway. This was the first time I needed a towing service so I called Totem Towing and Priscilla was extremely kind and helpful as she explained to me how it worked. She helped me make an appointment for the next day to get my car towed to the terminal with my ferry reservation time in mind. The dispatcher was scheduled to be notified at 12pm and a driver should arrive around 12:30pm.

The day of, the driver who was dispatched arrived on time at 12:30pm and was also very kind and helpful. He explained that he’s towed a few cars to the terminal before and where it’s safe to unload my car so that I could drive onto the ferry slowly.

The car ride was comfortable with AC and he was able to fit both myself and my boyfriend in the truck with him. Overall, I would highly recommend Totem Towing as they are friendly, helpful and timely which made the overall experience a lot less stressful.

I needed a full-size truck towed out on a tight street and Ford (the employee, not the brand) made it look easy! Got it hooked up and out quickly, and backed it into a tight spot at the shop. All this while being very courteous and friendly. Give this guy a raise!
